FAQ
What should I bring to my sauna session?
We try to provide everything you will need for your sauna session, including towels, robes, and slippers. If you would like to bring your own swimwear, we recommend a breathable cotton material.
What is the dress code?
There is no set dress code within the sauna. In keeping with tradition, wearing nothing is allowed. A common alternative is to wear a towel/robe or breathable swimwear.
We recommend discussing what your group is comfortable with before your visit.
Is there food or drink available?
We provide plenty of water and electrolytes for our guests. Being properly hydrated is a must for a safe and enjoyable experience.
Guests are free to bring their own food and drinks, but we ask that they be consumed outside the sauna.
Alcohol must be consumed after finishing your time in the sauna, and drank responsibly.
Is the sauna private?
Our sauna is nestled in the woods, providing a private and tranquil environment for your experience. No other groups will be present during your session. Employees will be available to assist you throughout your visit, but will not enter the sauna with you.
Is there shelter available?
There is no outdoor shelter available. Please keep this in mind when scheduling during rainy season or the heat of the summer. Bookings will be allowed to reschedule or cancel when inclement weather occurs.
How many people can the sauna accommodate?
The sauna can accomodate up to 10 people at a time. However, for the best experience, we recommend limiting your group to 8.
What temperature will the sauna operate at?
We can adjust the temperature in the sauna to your preference. Please let us know your preference when booking.
If this is your first time, we recommend starting at 160°F.
Temperatures over 200°F will only be permitted for established clients in good standing.
Do you offer evening bookings?
We can accomodate sessions for almost any schedule. Contact us to discuss your preferences.
Can I check out the grounds before booking?
Absolutely! Just give us a shout and we'll arrange a time for you to visit.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a $50 booking deposit to reserve your time, with the remainder due at the time of your visit.
We ask that any cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Because our sauna is located outdoors, cancellations due to inclement weather can be refunded or rescheduled.
